I was looking at implementing a knowledge base at my company (3rd party IT support) - now I've stumbled across this it
looks like I won't have to spend months writing one! I'm a happy camper now - it covers all the features I was looking
for.

Thank you for sending the info, and for all your work...this program is going to help us a great deal. I work at
a Technical Community College in, TN in the Institutional Effectiveness, Research, and Planning Department. We have
had significant budget cuts, and have been relying on open source, or developing our own software for almost a year.
I have learned a lot (but there's always more isn't there?) and I am grateful to you, after experiencing debugging
firsthand, for your work in putting this program together.
